FLORENCE, AL – The Urban Music Symposium, presented by the Department of Entertainment Industry at the University of North Alabama, Meridian Media, and AHU Entertainment will be from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. March 10 at the Mane Room on Pine Street.

“We are happy to be hosting and presenting the Urban Music Symposium with our co-presenters Codie Gopher and GMANE,” said Dr. Bob Garfrerick, Department Chair of Entertainment Industry. “This day-long symposium promises to deliver first-class speakers and panels. This is part of our instructional and public service mission. We hope lots of students from UNA and beyond attend, and we also look forward to seeing community members participate as well.”
